We closed escrow today on this gorgeous home in the Spanish Hills Golf Villas. It’s a sweet story I thought I’d share. I met a woman at one of my listings at the Grove last year. I’ve kept in touch with her, but no houses seemed right. She told me that she wanted to live in this specific neighborhood so I sent out letters to all the one-story homeowners there and found such a nice couple who were ready to sell. I was lucky enough to represent both buyer and sellers and it worked out for everyone and we closed escrow today. Feeling happy for everyone!
