I wanted to get top dollar for the house and I wanted it sold quickly. They advised me on what needed to be done to get the best price without having to put too much money into improvements. They also provided names of contractors who could make the improvements who were professional and reasonably priced. An important benefit of having this team handle the sale, is that they know the CC&Rs, HOA dues, WIFI providers, trash & recycling providers and city and country permit requirements. A prospective buyer can feel confident that they have been informed completely of such things before making an offer. This team had their finger on the pulse of the market so that our asking price was where it needed to be. They have an uncanny ability to anticipate needs and were there to help with a multitude of little time consuming details at a moment’s notice.
