Many amenities include golf, tennis, pickle ball, farmers’ garden, fitness center, swimming pool, spa, billiards, ceramics, woodshop, bocce, ping pong and the list goes on. There are many clubs too including wine tasting, photo club and racquet club. Included with the HOA dues are cable TV, internet, water, trash, sewer, landscaping, patrolling security and 3 guarded gates. Your only bill is electricity.
The Grove is a beautiful newer community that was built in 2020-2023 with electric gate. There are about 200 homes with 3 different neighborhoods. Flora Homes are the largest and are single family homes, many with views. Citron Homes are detached courtyard homes. Pomello are attached courtyard homes. They all have 2-3 bedrooms, mostly 1-stories, ranging in size from 1500 square feet to over 3000 square feet. The amenities include a gorgeous swimming pool with cabanas, beautiful clubhouse with fitness center, pickle ball courts, bocce, ping pong, outdoor fireplaces and rooms that residents can use to get together or host a party. They also have their own dog park. Utilities are not included in the HOA dues.
